“I love the quality of the videos, the workouts, the background. Everything is worked out to the details. The programme motivated me to wake up every morning and exercise. I highly recommend it to everyone as there are plenty of modification so you can adjust exercises to your level. Love it, love it. Thank You Juliana and Mark!”

“I absolutely love this new programme, (like everything that you two produce) despite finding it pretty challenging!! I try to follow it every day but I'm doing it in my own pace, so had to include some rest days when the body was aching a bit too much. I've started to see some changes now, especially around the core muscles, shoulders and glutes!! :-). I'd also like to combine my routine with more vegan choices, it's just a bit challenging to make changes in a household of 4!! Keep up the good work, I don't watch any other yoga practices since I've found the 2 of you on YouTube and my girls like your videos as well. “I have loved the Boho Beautiful YouTube videos for the last 2 years and decided to purchase the Transform plan. I was not disappointed! The videos push you hard for maximum results giving a break only when you’ve reached the tipping point. I love the longer length videos and the plan which allows me to stay at home and workout when the weather is poor. If you want to get fit or stay fit this is the exercise plan you need! It’s amazing how sore my muscles get with no or low weights and that’s because of using your own body weight and not stopping between most exercises and of course Julianne’s calm voice guides you through like an arrow aiming for a target. Plus I follow a whole foods plant based diet like them.”
