“Très belles vidéos! Les exercices proposés sont bien expliqués, variés et permettent de faire de temps en temps une petite pause pour boire et récupérer. Ils poussent à se dépasser dans le respect de soi. Certains exercices sont d un niveau élevé et j'en fais juste quelques uns en mois que Juliana. Je suis ravie. Ça me fait du bien le soir après le travail de suivre ce programme sans sortir de chez moi , ce qui est super quand on a des enfants et qu on veut prendre soin de soi même si on est maman!!!merciii”

“I used to follow the yoga videos on Youtube before purchasing the Boho Beautiful Transform Program. I can honestly say that it’s the best program I’ve ever seen. It has all types of helpful exercises (easy and hard) + 2 yoga classes which I absolutely love. Not having the time to go to the gym, for me having these videos at home is the perfect solution.”
