“The Transform program is amazing. It’s taken me to a completely new level of fitness. Juliana is incredibly inspiring and makes everything look so easy and wow she’s strong. But she’s also amazingly encouraging and her voice has a way of really keeping you calm as she persuades you to do your best. My body has completely transformed through this program - I’ve never known an exercise routine to give such quick and fantastic results. I’m totally hooked on all Juliana’s routines and can’t imagine doing anything else. Thank you!”

“I have finished all 14 days, and I have noticed a difference in how I feel and look. It’s challenging but Juliana always encourages you to go at your own pace and do what works best for you (meaning, using modifications or not). She always reminds you that you are good enough right where you are in the moment, and just that simple phrase makes all the difference. She makes you feel encouraged and important. I’ve never found that anywhere else. The quality of these videos are top notch. Beautiful scenery. There just aren’t enough good things to say about this 14 day program. It’s worth the money. I have just restarted the 14 days and I feel better this time around. The workouts are a bit easier. I plan on using this for a long time. I finally found something I love! So thank you Juliana and Mark for creating this program! Much love”
