“I have knee isue so jumping is not a good idea to me, in addition I don't what my neighbors think about it. ;) On one hand some core exercises are really challenging, probably over time they come less difficult, on the other hand the program is less heavy on the lower body. By the way I truely doubt I could ever roll up into a seated position and just jump in into plank position. Interestingly I feel my muscles work much harder making BB comp. prog. So to me respect to the BB complete program it's a little bit poorer but I believe I'll stick to this program in addition to the complete program so the latter one do not come boring.”

“My husband bought this program for me because he knows I love Julianna and Marks yoga channel. With me and my husband going to Maui in a few months I really wanted to tone up! This program was/ is exactly what I needed to get my booty into gear. Juliana is a wonderful instructor and motivater. And Marks shots and editing is as always, perfect!
