“I’ve completed the entire Transform Workout and absolutely loved it. It is beautifully filmed, it was challenging, inspiring, and effective. I love yoga, and this combined my yoga moves into a fantastic cardio workout that got my heart pumping and my body sweating. When I return from my Costa Rica vacation, I plan to repeat the series, or possibly buy another one from Boho Beautiful. My favorite part is the my 3 and 6 yr old kids see me working hard, and work out with me sometimes as well”

“Dear Juliana and Mark, I really enjoy your program! I love the locations and the vibes of your videos. For me, most of the classes seem to be the perfect Level - callenging but still doable. Except for the Beach Core Meltdown, that one is really hard :D Something that would make that program even better (for me, at least:) ) are timers and/or a repetition counters for all the moves that can be counted. I think it is always helpful to know haw many repetitions are left :) Thank you very much for working so hard on developing some beautifuk programs! I´m already looking Forward to the next one ;) Love, Kim”

“I am 47 years old and have been exercising all of my life. As an ex gymnast, skier and PE Teacher I love to be outside enjoying our beautiful countryside. As son as I came across Boho Beautiful, I was instantly taken aback by the fabulous locations, travel ideas and obviously the precise, safe and specific yoga and pilates workouts. The modifications are fantastic and regularly opt to use them. I now workout 5 - 6 days a week and cannot wait to move onto the next session. I love the progressions and have really felt and seen a difference in my overall tone and condition. I feel longer, more flexible, stronger and totally energised. The music and photography is absolutely beautiful, I often forget I am in my lounge! I am absolutely hooked, so much so, my husband has started to exercise, which really does say something about your idea behind your work. Please keep travelling and introducing us to new programmes.
