I am 47 years old and have been exercising all of my life. As an ex gymnast, skier and PE Teacher I love to be outside enjoying our beautiful countryside. As son as I came across Boho Beautiful, I was instantly taken aback by the fabulous locations, travel ideas and obviously the precise, safe and specific yoga and pilates workouts. The modifications are fantastic and regularly opt to use them. I now workout 5 - 6 days a week and cannot wait to move onto the next session. I love the progressions and have really felt and seen a difference in my overall tone and condition. I feel longer, more flexible, stronger and totally energised. The music and photography is absolutely beautiful, I often forget I am in my lounge! I am absolutely hooked, so much so, my husband has started to exercise, which really does say something about your idea behind your work. Please keep travelling and introducing us to new programmes. Boho Beautiful Transform is exactly what I was looking for : physical, encouraging, enriching and friendly. I love the feeling of being personally "followed" and encouraged, as if I was myself on the beautiful beach:) Pushing myself further and harder with a friendly and sweet voice thanking me for my efforts is very rewarding ! I feel stronger each day, not only physically but also mentally. A real bless. I've finished the 14 days round and keep on using it over and over. Waiting for another session :)

I initially found Bohobeautiful online videos as the only way I could fit working out into my busy life (doctor, busy career, busy mom, etc). I got hooked, then purchased the videos including the 'complete program'. I have loved all the workout programs, but I think Transform is my favorite yet mainly because I have seen the most concrete results. I always feel healthier and stronger, but I think this combination of HIIT, pilates, and yoga is a great blend for strength, toning, and weight loss. I really enjoy the integration of mindfulness and not focusing on just getting a 'juliana body'. It has made me more likely to naturally integrate healthy eating and meditation into my daily routine. With 14 daily videos, I feel this is a great way to just have a continuous routine that doesn't get boring. thank you!

Easy access to content, classes diversified and exercises well explained. Class pace is good as well (a part from yoga classes that I find a little bit too slow) :) The possibility of having variations in exercises really makes the difference (some are really challenging, especially in terms of balance). Overall: good job and very inspirational! You make me feel better everyday

Thank you, Juliana and Mark! The Transform program is fantastic. Aerobics are almost impossible to find for someone who can't do impact exercises. I was a bit worried about the aerobic focus, but I found I can replace a few minor bits with just squats, for example (there is some jumping around in plank in a few spots, but I can do that). The benefits of having downloadable, awesome HIIT workouts I can do is incomparable. The segments aren't all aerobic focused, and provide stretching and area focus as well; they are very well rounded and efficient. I'm on my second round of the program, and I can say I'm stronger and more in shape than the first time. I love it and highly recommend it.

Although this program is 14 days, it is actually more of 14 videos that you can do again and again. I am sure I will be able to use these workouts for months. Juliana shows how the exercises can be modified. This first time around I had to stay at levels 1 and 2 quite a bit. I’m looking forward to being strong enough to be able to hang at level 3. I love that the program is a mix of yoga, Pilates, and HIIT. I am going to finish day 14 today. I can tell my stomach is stronger already. My core and arms are very sore. I’m looking forward to doing the program again and seeing if I am stronger. I recommend taking notes after each video as to what was hard or easy. I wish I had done that so I could compare. Mark and Juliana thank you for all your hard work. I’ve been following you on YouTube for years. It’s been fun watching your success.
