“This program has been a huge step in my fitness journey. I started with the YouTube channel about 4 months ago and was SO excited and ready to begin this full program once I purchased it. It was worth every penny! This is a very challenging program but unlike most fitness programs, I haven’t had any issues with my knees or ribs (because of an inflation disorder). I attribute this to the time taken to care for your body throughout this program. The water breaks are so helpful, especially in the beginning. I only have 3 practices left to complete this program and I’m excited to start it again!”

“I've been following Boho Beautiful's workout videos on youtube for two years now but this is the first full program I bought and I couldn't be more happy with it!! The initial investment was worth every penny. Not only this program delivers results that you can literally see and feel with every passing day (and every workout) but the most amazing benefit in it for me was the fact that every day after I finished my workout I felt enthusiastic. I felt so happy!! Energized and excited about taking the next workout despite them being pretty hard and truly challenging. But these workouts are not only fun, but they are the best mood booster I've ever came across. If for nothing else, for the feeling afterwards it's all worth it! But then again - you're also getting those incredible results in your body so it's just a win-win. In the time when I needed to become super productive, this was truly a blessing from the heavens. And yes - I've already started round 2 ;) So, don't hesitate a single minute and make the investment. It's just so much fun! And it's also super addictive - but it's the best and healthiest addiction there is. Thank you Juliana & Mark!!”

“The program is really demanding, but it is totally worth it. I exercise on a regular basis and I am really careful of what I eat, so I would say that I am following a quite healthy lifestyle, but during Christmas I kind of relaxed a lot more that I was supposed to.. This program really helped me get in track with my fitness and my eating routine! I would highly recommend it!”
