“I love it, all the classes are fun and challenging. It's a perfect balance of cardio and toning exercises and each class is tailored for a specific muscle group, so you know that you are working your entire body throughout the program! The two yin yoga classes are my favorite, very very helpful. One minor thing: I expected the classes to be a bit longer but the beauty of the program is that you can also combine them as you wish. Thank you so much for the effort that you put into this! I'm so glad I found you some years ago, love & light.”

“While I’m only a few days into Transform I can say I’m enjoying it so much! After the end of the first cardio I was sweaty and felt really great! Juliana’s instructions were great as well as her advice for modifications. You don’t need to be a yogi to do this program. I’ll likely complete the two weeks and start it over again. It’s great you can either stream or download the videos so you can do it where ever you are. I live in Canada and the tropical location of the videos are uplifting in the cold winter!”

“I found out that I am a lot stronger now than when I first started the program. I've noticed a great change in my energy levels and I could see the difference by the end of the 14 days. The classes were quite challenging at times but I pushed myself past my limits which is something I normally wouldn't do. Thankyou so much :)”
