“This program is amazing. Short-ish workouts that you can fit easily into those days where you « don’t have time ». Don’t worry, you’ll still feel properly exhausted by the end of each video ! I haven’t seen results yet because I mindfully chose not to follow the planning exactly, plus I have been sick and needed time to rest. But I have absolutely no doubt it works by the way I feel the day after a workout... I cannot thank you enough Mark & Juliana !”

“I can't say anything else than as usual, because I really, really love doing all the programmes which Boho Beautiful does. Special this Transform which Juliana and Mark send out after New Year. It is just incredible, I do it already the second time. Every morning at 5.30 I start and the whole day feels like powerful and so much easygoing. I'm so thankful that I did meet Boho Beautiful on youtube, as it gives so much into my life. THANKS a million for giving the powerful training. ❤️”

“Buying the Boho Beautiful Transform program was one of the best things that I have done for myself!! I absolutely LOVE the workouts! The workouts kick your butt and are so thoughtfully put together that I look forward to my workout every day! At the end of the two weeks, I felt stronger, leaner and overall better than I had in years. Not to mention all the compliments I have received from people around me. I loved it so much, I started the two weeks again and I still love it the second time around!”

“I rrally enjoy your workouts and love how easy they are to access and download. I am a busy mom of 3 so I really like how effective your workouts are and that they are 30min or so in length. I love the positive energy and motivation you have in all your workouts. I do have a little trouble with all the plank excersises in your cardio workouts as I have bad wrists and cant do high planks to much. But i own the transform program and the boho in 10 days and really enjoy both. Thanks Sarah”
