“I was doing the free workouts on YouTube and then purchased the Boho Complete program and loved it. So I decided I needed a bit more and purchased the Transform program . I taught the workouts there will be harder and longer but was very disappointed to find out they are not so long And there are a lot of breaks and stretches throughout the workouts. I know they are also very important but still think that the Transform program is not so worth the money. Especially if you are a bit more advanced and you need more challenge. Some of the free workouts are a lot harder and have the same amount of exercise it them. Now I do one of the Transform workouts and then do something else after to feel I have done enough. They are good if you are in a hurry and you don’t have much time in the day.”

“The Boho Beautiful Transform Program was exactly what I needed! It is the perfect combination of cardio, strength training, balance, coordination, and flexibility. One of my favorite features is the different exercise modifications, making this program perfect for beginners and experts alike and a good way to track your progress over time. The eating guide is very simple and straightforward to follow and has given me more energy after just one week. Additionally, compared to the before photos, I noticed more muscle tone and less fat (pinching method) after just 10 days. Thank you Mark and Juliana for what you do! You are beautiful people on the inside and out, and it is very clear that this is your calling in life.”

“Just finished BoHo Beautiful Transform Program. I am somewhat of a beginner and in my 60s and I loved the program. It really did transform my mind body and soul. It was a toning effect all over and a beautiful mindset that I was left with.
