“I have completed the program twice. I followed the 21 day calendar for my first try and went for the 14 day calendar on my second. Never have I felt such completeness after finishing a fitness program (including other fitness challenges from Boho Beautiful available in their app or YT). This premium program is worth every penny one pays for it. I witnessed my strength develop through the program and there was a marked difference in the second time around, where I did not have to take modifications at all. Being able to keep your balance in all the Warrior 3 variations for all sets/reps imparts happiness that can't be described :D . There has been visible physical changes as well in my body. I will continue coming back to Transform in the future :)”

“Having dipped in and out of yoga for a few years, I discovered the 14 day challenge on YouTube at the beginning of 2021, and was hooked on boho beautiful since. I used the fantastic library of free YouTube tutorials and then decided to buy the transform program. Coming from a CrossFit background, my initial thoughts were that the program was a bit too easy but I was wrong. It’s very challenging in a different way. With gyms still closed, I’m just loving the challenge of this program. I’m thinking about purchasing the complete program next, as I’d love to do longer yoga and Pilates workouts. Thanks you!!”

“Just awesome program which fully fits our purposes. Having more than 10 years experience of doing HIT trainings at home, we started to look for something that could help to deep stretch the muscles, and stuck to BOHO Beautiful free YouTube videos as a supplement to our HIT trainings After a year we realized that we did not actually needed the weights, kettle-bells, the other HIT gear anymore to keep the body toned and completely switched to BOHO Beautiful videos. The Beautiful Transform Program is so balanced and well-thought. It is really challenging and never boring.
