“Love the program, push you further than you think you can do it, more in deep than the youtube videos.The length of the classes is perfect not to long to fit in your every morning schedule.I bought before the complete program and the classes are longer ,so some mornings I didn't have the time to do it, but this transform program is the perfect length. Even my husband did it, he usually does classes on you tube with big buffed guys. I wanted to see what he thinks of the transform program, he is impressed by Juliana strength as he couldn't do some exercices or not as well, now he is on day 6 and keeps doing it every day, he loves it too. I can tell I get more strength, some of my everyday movements are easier do to. Thank you for creating this program , and doing what you love, keep going.”

“I have completed the first week and have enjoyed it immensely! It is challenging and just the right length for me to get it done before work each day. I only wish it was longer than 2 weeks! After I finish, I’m sure I will go back and do it again!”
