“Absolutely wonderful! This saved my life during my quarantine time because of COVID. The exercises are challenging but doable for somebody who works out on a weekly level. “Truthfully I can’t say enough good things about the Transform program, or Boho Beautiful in general. This course is Intense, it’s not just a 14 day challenge because you’ll be returning to it time and again, it’s going to kick your butt, it’s going to drive you a bit crazy, but it will be worth it, not just in the end (there is no end to your growth)...I am not advanced at all and I do struggle at times with certain poses, but I keep coming back. If you are a true beginner to yoga or exercise in general, I would recommend trying the amazing workouts on Boho Beautiful’s YouTube channel first. I started there for over a year before I had the courage and strength to try out the membership. Boho Beautiful has changed me in so many ways - not just physically but spiritually every class gives more healing and shedding emotional baggage. Juliana and Mark are without equal in the work they do and I am simply in awe of the content they deliver - these aren’t just yoga classes, they’re art in the highest form. Most advanced athletes would probably charge exorbitant fees for access to their classes, Boho Beautiful is so humble and decided to share their knowledge and secrets for very modest prices. “I LOVE IT. I'm always grateful for more videos from you guys and I will definitely be ordering more programs in the future. I'm only on day 4 but my body is feeling it!
