“I love Julianna as an instructor. She is gentle, but encouraging and always reminds you to listen to your own body. When I can't do an exercise or hold a pose, she still makes me feel like I accomplished something good for myself. I have purchased both the Complete and Transform programs. The Complete program met me where I needed it at the time and it was a wonderful way to get back into my yoga and Pilates practices. Transform was there for me when I was ready to up my game and get my body back in shape. I highly recommend both programs.”
