“This is a great program. On day 1 I thought I wouldn’t be able to survive from this. Because it was so intense!! Now I’m towards the end of the two weeks and definitely will continue the exercise after the first 14 days!! I have not only gained strengths but mostly importantly also gained incredible confidence and happiness with myself! I love these exercises. Every movement has brought me joys and peace. Love Juliana always finishing each episode by saying “sending you love and light”. It really sheds light and reminds me to keep moving! I can’t recommend enough for her programmes!!”

“This is actually my 4th purchase from Boho , firstly apologies for not giving feedback before. I haven’t completed this program yet however I can say this and all the others (detoxify, Retreat, yin) deliver above and beyond anything I have come across in the past. They are beautifully made, Juliana is a true inspiration and speaks from the soul, I absolutely love the way she delivers her teachings. From the professional apps (which are awesome and so easy to use and log onto) the ebooks beautiful designed, and the pressie always filming and just enough music in background to transform your practice and make you feeling in that moment you are there too. The only problem to overcome is which program to buy as they are all amazing - I’m sure I will catch up to have them all at some point,so many blessings, gratitude, love and light”
