“This program is wonderful. I’ve been trying to get into shape and get more out of my work outs, and this program has done the trick. Most of my adult life I’ve been pretty inactive. Thankfully I was blessed with good genes and high metabolism, so my weight wasn’t an urgent issue, but I could tell my body wasn’t happy with me. Since starting this program I feel stronger, I’ve lost some weight, I haven’t had a headache in weeks, and I can tell my body is happy. The way Julianna approaches these work outs still carries that nurturing character of acceptance. I think this is why this is the first time when I’ve tried to get fit, where I haven’t been angry with myself. Another great program from Boho :)”

“This program is simple and to the point! I am 10 days in and can see great results already.... can’t believe it! I’m not stopping until I look like Juliana! More importantly and on a serious note this has completely gotten rid of my back and hip pain. I’m in love with the stretches, I am never ever sore. Thank you for knowing what you’re doing and sharing your knowledge to help others. I love the mindfulness and self love you exude. It’s helped me to center myself and stay dedicated very easily, to the program.”
