“The Boho beautiful transform program is transforming my body and mind! I can feel and see the changes in me!!! I've been doing a home workout since March because of COVID. The transform program changed my home workout game to the next level. This program will totally be worth it for you if you are someone like me who've been working out using the videos posted on the Boho beautiful Youtube channel. I say so because not only the program targets your entire body and is a good mix of cardio, strength exercise, and stretch but also the length is longer and each daily video includes short warm-up and post-workout stretches. Juliana is very descriptive and gives different options so suitable for all fitness levels. Thank you SO MUCH the Boho Beautiful Team for this effective and high-quality program. “The program worths every single penny! I came across Boho Beautiful through a reposted video of a 5 min arm workout routine. Enjoyed it right away, then I checked out your youtube channel. Subscribed to your website, and completed the free 14 day program. Loved it also! So I ended up here! I've wanted to write the review after completing the 14 day transform program, but I can't wait till finishing it. Cause each day during and after the session, I just want to wave about how much I'm loving and enjoying your programs. Exercising used to be such an effort, but now it's almost effortless, and much less painful. I like the straight forward way of presenting the daily routine. I don't have to browse in an ocean of videos to find the particular one I feel like doing that day. I just need to open my iPad, bring myself and my mat. I also enjoy the music and your calming voice. I feel lots of positive vibes in your videos. The NAMASTE at end of a video is really a highlight. It reminds me of something I always forget to say it out loud to myself and the world. Thank you for this amazing service.
