“For many years I have used both online and in studio fitness programs, including The Bar Method, pilates, yoga and strength training. Boho Beautiful is definitely my favorite online exercise program. I am halfway through the Transform program and I am thoroughly enjoying it. I love the beautiful locations where it is filmed. Juliana's encouragement and the modifications she gives for certain exercises are wonderful. Keep up the good work. “I have been following Juliana & Mark for a number of years and absolutely love the programs I have. I have benefitted both physically and mentally from each one and continue to practice daily. I work at sea so sometimes holding some of the more advanced poses can be quite a challenge, but I have found it has helped my over all stability when it comes to practicing on solid ground again.
