If you want to get fit, tone up that body and feel great while doing it, this is the program for you. I appreciate all the the free content Juliana and Mark produce and upload on YouTube, but this is next level, definitely worth it!

I really like the program. There is always alternative according to your level. The videos are usually 35-40 min, which is perfect for me. The exercises are diversified, love it!

Boho beautiful always has high production value and quality content, although it is often quite challenging. This program is especially challenging. You need to be in really good shape to make it through these videos. I can only do about 30-50% right now but they are very inspiring as something to work towards. As with all Boho beautiful content, this one comes with a heavy does of their personal value system so, if yours is not an exact match, just be prepared to have your mental filter on. Aside from that, the workouts are super fun to do and motivate you to workout as they leave you both energized and relaxed. Julian's voice is very calming and she is very good at giving encouragement and guiding you to pace the exercises to your ability level (expect to be sore the next day though). The program is also well structured, alternating between cardio, toning, and yoga, as well as moving between different areas of the body to help mitigate the fatigue and soreness when doing them back to back over 14 days as well as providing great variety to add to your workout library.
