“Amazing team, very professional! I admire your dedication to what you create. I am in the middle of the 14 day schedule, and I love it! It is challenging on some moments, but every single day I am expecting the time to start the today’s workout. I am practicing your yoga and pilates videos since 2017. And all I can say is that you, from all of the fitness, yoga and pilates classes that I’ve tried, only you managed to keep my attention through these years. So thank you. For the wonderful job, for the calmness you bring to me. You helped me in a very hard moments of my life with your yoga and meditation classes. “I did the 14 day program and I enjoyed every singe workout. I did not do it for weight loss purposes, just because I wanted to become stronger and challenge my body, and I did! I could not wait to do the workouts, and I'm sure going to do it again and again, so fun! Love this kind of yoga and pilates infused cardio and toning workouts, they never bore you and you see results in your resistance and in my case I saw a huge improvement in my arm and shoulder definition and strength! Thank you boho beautiful for the amazing program, I got it on sale but so worth the full price also”
