“Transform is really challenging program for me but with Julie's soothing voice, calmness and very precise instructions it all feels like piece of cake! I combine it with some of their youtube videos and from day to day I see progress in my body and generaly everyday life functioning. . I feel much lighter. There are cardio, toning and yoga exercises.. Just perfectly assembled. Plus the way videos are filmed.. Is just perfect, specially when its on big screen.. Feels like I am there with them :D I definitly recommend this program for everyone who wants to see how far they can go.. You will be surprised. :)”

“So far I could use more challenge, I am finding I have to add in additional cardio or classes to make it as challenging as needed to tone and see progress. I do have a history of always being active, running marathons, some weights. But generally have always been very balanced about my fitness and wellness approach. I do still like it though! Just have to cater it a bit.”
