“The Programm is strong and the exercises are exhausting. I love the mix of stretching and strengthening exercises and that it swiches every day. Ialso love that you nearly never have to repeat whole sequences, so it is never getting boring. Every sequence ends with a nice short stretch. Though the price for the program is not low, it is so worth it, and I can repeat it at any time (and I will!). I highly recommend it for getting a nice,formed, healthy body and mind!”

“I first purchased Boho Complete and was looking for a more fitness-oriented program. This is a very great set of courses for people who are looking for cardio and toning exercises. There are 2 recvoering yoga sessions which are appreciated as a break as I have to admit that the whole program is very challenging. To my mind this is the perfect complement to Boho Complete.”

“This program is amazing! I’m on day 10 and can already notice changes in my body. I’ve even gotten to the point where after some videos, I am still so energized so I find another one on their YouTube to go along with it. The quality is beautiful and Juliana is my all time favourite yoga and Pilates instructor and has been for the past 3 years. Once this program is over, I’m going to repeat it and purchase more of their programs! Such an unreal experience and what a difference it made in my body and how strong I feel in comparison to when I first begun”
