“So glad I purchased Transform! As I have gotten older, I have a real need for a program that I enjoy enough to stick with. It's no longer just about weight loss and maintenance, but overall health, flexibility, strength and stability. The classes are challenging and effective. There are 14 different classes, so it's hard to get bored. There is always room for improvement and growth. I have already seen physical changes and I will use this program again and again. Juliana is graceful and beautiful! Her instructions are clear and motivating. The settings are gorgeous. The videos are well done. I have already recommended it to friends and family! Will likely buy other boho programs to add to my rotation.”

“Dear Juliana and Mark, first of all thank you so much. The program is really well made with a lot of different exercises, so you never get bored. I like the flow of your movement, you always do that with grace and harmony, and this is beautiful to see, it express kindness and gratitude. Juliana your voice is so calm and encouraging and the background music is perfect! I also like you always give 2/3 variation for the most challenging pose :) , this let me always fill part of the practice, even if in an easier way and push me to improve myself for the next time It should be good to have few more different kind of stretching exercises, just to switch them, but this is really a nitpick, I like the program very much and I would bought it again !!! thank you so much Federica”
