“I love how versatile this program is! I am not trying to loose weight, but I like to challenge my body and tone my muscles. This program gives me the foundation to be consistent with my exercise and adjust the program to fit my needs. Right now, I am doing the program at an even slower pace then they offer (I workout every other day) in order to fit my needs and I'm still seeing definition in my abs and arms. And I'm on day 3! So I highly recommend the program. It was worth the money and I can use it again however often I'd like.”
