“This program became a big part in my daily practice, I started it in a period of my life which my confidence and self love weren't that strong. It was hard to start and be consistent but once I I gave me the opportunity and committed to the program I started seeing the internal and external benefits. Is really impressive how the fitness, yoga and meditation part were so coordinated and intertwined in intention and form. “I have been a huge fan of Juliana and Mark following their amazing videos on YouTube. I decided to invest in the 10 day programme and I am so pleased I have. The thought that has gone into each workout, yoga practice and meditation session is amazing. So much variety and I am constantly being challenged. Since following J&M I have changed as a person as it’s due to their message and lifestyle. I would have loved to be able to download straight onto my phone as I don’t have a computer but I’m sure they will be able to develop the accessibility of the videos soon.”
