“Hi Julianna and Mark, Thank you so much for your positivity and all the various content you create to improve overall everyday health and fitness. Boho in 10 days is wonderful!! I love that many of the days are workouts (with weights and sweat!) followed by yoga. I also love that each day is different from the previous as far as the type of workout it is. I am new to meditation and although I prefer yin yoga "meditation" versus actual mediation, these guided videos with your voice are exactly what I need to get better at meditating. I would love if you created a toning fitness program that focused on using weights and building/toning muscles. I know I could just add weights to all your other wonderful videos, but I would definitely love if that content was available from you!! Overall, Boho in 10 Days is wonderful, your voiceovers, demonstrations, locations, positivity, and daily mantras are perfect. The mantras you choose really hit home and I think anyone can relate to them with some aspect of their lives. I love that you incorporate weights into a lot of the workouts. My only complaint is how expensive they are, but I want to support you and Mark so you can continue to do what you love and impact so many other lives in the same way you have impacted mine.
