“I started the program a few days ago. It became my daily appointment, every morning when I got up. I find the sessions really well done and varied. The videos are shot in beautiful places and Julianna explains the movements to realize. His words are inspiring and motivating. I love the meditation session at the end of each session. The food guide is really well, the recipes are delicious! This program is really beneficial whether it is at the level of the body or the mind. I recommend it to everyone. Thanks to Juliana and Mark for this great program. I'm French, I tried to translate my opinion in English but I also write in French: J’ai commencé le programme il y a quelques jours. C’est devenu mon rendez-vous quotidien, tous les matins en me levant. Je trouve les séances vraiment bien faites et variées. Les vidéos sont tournées dans des lieux magnifiques et Juliana explique bien les mouvements à réaliser. Ses paroles sont inspirantes et motivante. J’adore la séance de méditation à la fin de chaque séance. Le guide alimentaire est vraiment très bien, les recettes sont délicieuses ! “First, I ordered your DVD but they were back order for almost 1 month so I was a little disapointed. Then I wrote to your costumer service and they proposed me your digital option. “So far I've just used the meditation videos because I'm in my last days of pregnancy. The meditation videos are fantastic because Juliana uses the right words, not empty words that are repeated again and again but words that really resonate with me, that are chosen carefully. I'm very impatient to do the ten days challenge once I'll be able to!! :)”

“I have been following Boho Beautiful for a long while now - these guys have literally changed my life! I now practice their exercises nearly every day and can see huge improvement in my body, a much cleaner diet and it also contributes highly to my mental wellness too. I wanted to give something back and support their absolutely amazing work, so I purchased this program and I love it! I will surely be repeating it over and over again, it has been created with great balance, every time I switch it on, it's exactly what my body needs that day! And I love the mantras which each day is based on - I do my exercises in the morning now and these amazing words really set me up for a positive day alongside with balanced fitness and yoga. Then I end my day with meditation, which is very easy to follow - perfect! Looking forward to purchasing the new Complete program to be fully stocked up with Boho Beautiful, I just can't recommend it enough to everyone!
