This is my first pregnancy, I am a child psychiatry resident and work insane hours and shifts… I’m into my 2nd trimester now. Started the program in the last 2 weeks of my 1st trimester that was very intense for me, with nausea, fatigue and difficulty managing to push through regular work and home duties, so obviously stopped training all together… This prenatal program was the first thing I tried doing and it is absolutely amazing. Me and my partner have been evid followers and part of the community for 5 years now i think, and it seemed like the easiest and most familiar thing to try, as my work makes it impossible to commit to a reguler weekly frontal class of any kind… Juliana’s remarks and validation for everything i was feeling was a breath of fresh air and helped me keep pushing to make it to the mat each day, and the variety of classes made it easy to find something for each day and for the specific level of energy i had. I felt my body toning up little by little and it ment so much to me, after all these changes… Now I’m feeling a lot better and got a bit of my energy back too, and I practice everyday, read your wise advice on the book and I find this program an incredible source of support and comfort. Thank you so very much, I appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart ❤️

best prenatal program out there beautiful balance of yoga and yoga inspired workouts feeling healthy, toned and strong in a smart way … with keeping the health of my baby as a number 1 priority! thank you Juliana for your guidance through this life changing experience (p.s. i ll probably use these workouts even after my pregnancy☺️)

Thank you for this wonderful program! This Program has everything that a future mother needs. A perfect combination of strength and relaxation! Through my second pregnancy, these exercises were my daily boost of energy and tension release. The videos were really enjoyable, and to be repeated more than once throughout each Trimester wasn't boring at all. I happily did them almost every single day for nine months. Thank you, Juliana, for being with me and guiding me through my journey. This chapter is almost at the end, and our second child will soon be part of this world. Boho beautiful, you are amazing! The course is beautifully presented and feels very comprehensive, something to work on every part of the body to help feel good throughout pregnancy and to prepare for birth. I haven’t been practicing yoga for a while though and thought this would be a good way to get back into it, but I find the classes quite hard. I think it’s better suited to someone with a well established yoga practice. However it will still benefit me, I do as much as I can and take breaks often. I prefer the yoga flows to the pilates type strengthening classes but the fact that there’s a bit of both makes it a well rounded course.
