“The program is really nice. I like that the videos are split into 3 trimesters. Lot's of interesting and important information/exercises. I also feel supported seeing a pregnant Juliana, feels like we are going through this journey together. The only thing that did not work for my pregnant body was barre sculpt workouts, they were too intense for me. That's why I put 4/5, I had to skip those intense classes.”
