“I have just started this program but I love it already. Juliana has so much knowledge on how the body should and shouldn’t move during pregnancy & the exercises to do to strengthen it in preparation for carrying a baby & for birth. I can relax & enjoy the videos without stress of wondering if the movement I’m doing is safe or not. Highly recommend!”

“It's only be a couple of weeks since I started the program but I can already tell the difference between the way I was during my first pregnancy and currently my second with the program. I feel the difference both in my body and mind. I am more motived to do at least a little bit even when I am tired and in a bad mood. Juliana always gives beautiful impulses to grow in this mother to be journey I would recommend the program to all of my pregnant friends when their turn comes.”
