“I just love the Ten Days of Meditations! I am 64 years old and your yoga/workout videos while great are a little out of my league. But the Meditations are wonderful. I enjoy Juliana's calming voice so much. The mantras she provides each day are perfect and have helped me allow the concepts to really sink in. I also love the background music which adds another layer of calming to my routine. I must tell you I also enjoy listening to the meditations with headphones when I'm taking my daily walk with eyes wide open. I see and feel so alive when I complete them. Thank you so much Juliana & Mark for all you do! I wish you continued success!”
