I downloaded these meditations before embarking on a medical camp to Sierra Leone with the Better Lives Foundation. I had begun to follow Boho Beautiful a few weeks before and wanted to carry this with me to a part of the world where the type of hardship and suffering is something most of us in the UK don’t really experience.
