“Superb, I ve only done the first 2 days, I find that Im not at the fitness or comittment level that I get one day done in one day, - if you get what I mean. I think its wonderful. Loved the grounding class, loved the flow for day 2. I pushed myself to do a full hour, which was exhausting. I look forward to Marks class that I ll be doing next. Definitely recommend it. Cant get enough of the positive energy.”

“Loving it, thank you! Only just started, I’m on day 4 today. A bit tricky to find 2 hrs a day but I live Juliana’s and marks flows. Trying to do the mediation/breathing exercise but can miss out on them and the intro and outro. Will definitely go back to them in the future. “Dear Juliana and Mark, "Ascension" definitively changed my focus and perception of life if not to say the scope of my existence. It is not only the wisely produced content but also the spirit and the vibes which fill the material. Every second of each video is purely divine in its energy. I only start to imagine how much of your time, heart, soul and how many intellectual turns you surely have undertaken to get to sharpen this masterpiece. What did it do to me? I am about to rebuild my life from the inside in a sense of purpose defining for my second half of life. In March I start a healers formation (1,5 years) and I feel that healing and helping in order to light & ignite other people sparkle from within is my purpose for existing. So this ascension just comes at the right moment in order to ascend in vibration, energy and resonance in order to be prepared for what life presents to me from now on. So much has changed to this regard in the last time. I see and live my life with much higher awareness and sensitivity to energy topics. Even if I know a lot about chakras, it was such a brilliant central theme to ascend via the chakras. To link the chakra theme to the ascending theme and to concretisations in ones personal life. The mantras. The tactics. The guiding booklet. You created the most powerful stuff I have ever experienced with regards to a yoga and spiritual journey. Thanks so much! After 4 days I permitted myself a little break of 2 days in order to digest everything. Day 7 is so wisely built with all the repetitive elements in order to deepen the new knowledge and path. There is simply pure energy in the program and every bit resonates with me. I feel reborn! You chose such beautiful and inspiring sceneries too. One little note: I wanted to comment every section in the app, but it was not possible. I gave in the text and press "send" but the comment is not shown every time. I do not seem to be the only one having problems with this. It is a pity because after each section my heart was full of joy and love which I wanted to share in the comment. One moment I gave up because of never being sure if my comment was taken by the system.
