“I absolutely love love love all your programs. Juliana's voice calms me when needed, the workouts are challenging. I love all the work and thought process put into the creation, editing and conception of the videos. All amazing quality. I did for the first time one of Mark's video and he was able to make me understand a position that I had trouble with ! His choices of words helped me. I am completely in love with your branding, content and values. Any chance I get I talk about you guys. This review is more towards all your content then Ascension. I have yet to completely dive into it, but I am confident it will be as amazing as all other videos you guys put out there.”

“Halfway through and so far it has been both amazing spiritually, and challenging physically. I love the soundtrack and the messages from Mark and Juliana. I find it is a good amount of material for the money spent, as I find it difficult to complete all three practices in one day. This Ascension practice should last me much longer than one week! Thank you for spreading your light!”
