“Halfway through and so far it has been both amazing spiritually, and challenging physically. I love the soundtrack and the messages from Mark and Juliana. I find it is a good amount of material for the money spent, as I find it difficult to complete all three practices in one day. This Ascension practice should last me much longer than one week! “Honestly this programme has been life changing. I don’t think it’s for everyone, because you need to be ready for it. I feel it will come to you at exactly the right time. This has been the most enlightening spiritual journey ever for me. Thank you for this round and beautiful programme. It is a 7 day programme, but you will have to invest 2-3 hours a day. This is not manageable for me with two small kids, so I did it in 16 days, taking an extra day if I needed it. Thank you again for helping me ascend.”
