“As usual, the content is good and classes are great! I was just not expecting all the classes to be that long. The total time investment is 2-3 hrs each day which is hard to do when working full time. It will probably take me 3-4 weeks to ho over all the classes, but I won’t get the same experience as if I could have done it in the right timeframe. I guess the regular subscription is more flexible and more suited for me.”

“I didn't know what to expect, but this far exceeded expectations. I am a busy CEO with 6 children and in all the noise have fallen away from my soul. I've practiced yoga intermittently as exercise for many years when I have time. I could never figure out meditation. With all of the apps and you tube videos out there I was always very distracted thinking during the meditation - is this the right one? The ascension package perfectly bundled yoga and meditation in a 7 day format that was incredible. I had the best meditation experience, and the most spiritually connected yoga that I have ever experienced. I would call myself an early intermediate in yoga- so I gave myself room some days to take a day off or go less intense. For someone wrapped up in the modern day world, this was an incredible way to reconnect with myself and with the divine. Thank you Juliana and Mark for sharing your light- this had deep impact for me!”

“It was an amazing journey of self-discovery and redemption ! The best thing I have done for myself and for others in a long time. I've enjoyed all the yoga practices, I've cried during many of them .... I felt connected to myself and with my body ... I felt hugged by nature ... I felt hopeful .... I enjoyed and deelply felt all the meditations and breathing practices ... I learnt so much ... I suggest to anyone having the possibility to get involved in this wonderful jouney.
