“This is my first paid program after subscribing to their monthly app. I loved the intro video and was doing it often so I decided to try the rest. I love the scenery and the visual meditation of their videos and loved each flow, especially day 1 and day 6. Some of the other days were very challenging and I look forward to gaining strength in these asanas. Can’t wait for future full-length videos!”
