“Mark and Julianna, thank you so much for the Ascension Program. It was really good and intense and everything I needed. I could feel so many good changes through the 7 days and I really liked the format of the classes. Juliana's class in the morning long and intense to start the day, after the meditations or pranayamas, and then Mark's reflective practice in the evening to wind down and absorb better what we did in the morning. It was a really beautiful way to work all the 7 chakras and at the end I felt so much better, such a good energy and so balanced! The book was also really helpful and a great aid. Thanks for everything! I love you both from the bottom of my heart!”

“While I am not finished with the program yet - time and energy force me to do this over a longer path - I am immersed in it and find it very uplifting both energetically and mentally. I've had to tweak some pieces, such as day 3. I don't do social media or mainstream news and I am a reporter so I can't take all news out, so I have found other "toxins" to work out. The program easily shifts for my needed tweaks and I find being submerged in this experience lends itself toward ascension. Thank you! Below is a poem I wrote based on Day 1: Muladhara Stark and white, the canvas, leaning Casually on the easel, made no promises, Unpainted, it was whisper quiet No sweeping strokes divining ghosts Or unborn babes etching into the Light. Stretching up -a snake easing its Head over spines of grass- the Artist saluted the sun, dusting her Feet on a meadow washed in tears Her own. When she stepped onto hardened oak, Coiling the tapestry for tomorrow, She dipped the fine end of a brush into Cadmium red. Tasting the beginnings of prayer, She spun color over the blank surface, Rinsing, working from one shade to the next Splashing swathes against shadow and sun. Rouge flowed into crimson, titanium Swallowing scarlet edges, with each Gesture, she rooted deeper into the Mother, until the silent cry of power Tapped like a tether into the rich soil. Drawing force up and through, she anchored Succumbing to the breadth of support, inching back She scanned the finished work, sighing Before a four-petaled lotus caressed by a Cascade of sun -a mirror image of the billowing Song of her soul.
