“Acsension was the most beautiful, inspiring progam ever. I loved every day. I was off work for a week and treated myself to this seven day experience for my personal retreat. The beautiful scenery for the daily yoga, the breathing, meditations, were all so wonderful. I loved learning about the Chakras and the healing crystals. I wrote in a journal every morning and fully engaged in the day's program. I am going to do it again. I love going back to my journal and even bought some of the crystals.
