“This program has really transformed me. I am not even saying that to be dramatic, but I truly feel like a completely different person in the best way. It was such a wild 7 day journey. I went through so many different phases throughout each day. This program was so involved, thoughtful, attentive, intentional, and all that is good. You can feel how much energy and love went into this program and I feel so grateful that I got to participate in it. Juliana and Mark have been such a big part of my life and my yoga practice for the past year and I have deep levels of love and gratitude for the both of them and all they’ve given me. I highly recommend this program to anyone! It exceeded my expectations in every way.”
