Even my husband (untrained beginner) is doing now Yoga with me. Especially Marks reflection yoga helps him a lot to find his way to do this journey with me. Hopefully also in the future. “As usual, Juliana & Mark’s content never disappoints! Their latest program, ‘Ascension’ takes their usual, excellent health & fitness content to the next level. With mindful yoga flows, guided meditations and lifestyle advice, they help us rebalance our bodies and minds based on the ancient Chakras system. The footage is gorgeous. Mark & Juliana’s voices are ever so soothing. And their messages are both poetic and profound. Highly recommend it to anyone in need of a sound mind-body reset!”

“Really cool to structure the exercises accordingly to the chakras. And to connect the several programs per day. I am curious to see the change after one week. Although some exercises seem easy, I think they are pretty efffective. Sometimes there is a bit too much text during the exercises for me. And the amour of time to do the exercises is rather long. Altogether I am really impressies by the videos, surroundings And the content of the exercises.”
