“It didn't take a month or more, as it usually does, to know whether something is working. For me, at least, Brain Forza™ lion's mane mushroom works--and I've been taking it for less than a week. I'm not big on supplements; I believe a balanced diet and exercise are all that you really need to be healthy. But my son convinced me to try lion's mane, and I'm glad that he did. (Apparently, without lion's mane mushroom in my diet, it wasn't that balanced after all. :) I am a multiple sclerosis patient, and I do have days where it seems I can't think a straight thought, much less get out of bed. After three days of taking lion's mane in the recommended dosage, I can say without reservation that my cognitive processes are clearer, my short term recall has improved, decision-making is easier, and I am physically experiencing more energy than usual. If that's how good it is after only three days, wow, I wonder what I'll be like in a month. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks, Brain Forza™!”
