“So I ordered this bra... was very excited about it because I have a hard time finding strapless bras that work and from the sounds of it, this bra would be a great fit for me... so I ordered nude! Got my order confirmation, payment came out of my account, and then even got a shipping confirmation... I was excited because I had a nice off the shoulder shirt I wanted to wear, so I patiently waited to get my bra... waiting... waiting... waiting... and then nothing! For 10 days I waited to get my package and whenever I checked the tracking, it showed that it was not moving! So I contacted customer service... it took a couple days for the person to get back to me but she was very nice and told me that the nude bra was on backorder and may be a few weeks to come in, so she asked if I would like to change the color of the bra to one in stock in my size... I said, sure, go ahead and change it to white! She replies "ok, no problem, I will make the change and have it shipped, but if the nude comes back in stock before it ships, we will send you the nude!" Great, sounds good! I just want the bra! Well, instead of a shipping notice that the white bra was on its way to me, I instead receive an email stating that I was getting a refund! SO not only am I not getting the nude bra, OR the white bra as a substitute, I am not getting ANY bra now! And the refund hasn't even gone back into my account yet! I am very disappointed with my experience with Brayola. This was my first time ordering from them and the reviews seemed pretty good, so I gave them a chance. Not sure I will be ordering with them again, though. And now I still need to find a strapless bra! LOL!”

“I just received my strapless bra last week. I absolutely love it, but it has already started unraveling at the top seam. It has unraveled all the way across the top front. I am so disappointed. I still may order another one just to see if this was just a random occurrence and won’t happen again”

“I absolutely love this item I recently purchased. I have tried so many other brands/styles that never fit me correctly. I often wondered why a company could come up with a soft, supporting bra that didn't make your breasts look like one :-) I will definitely be shopping with this company again in the near future.”

“The strapless bra is unique like no other i have ever purchased. With all the summer tops that have open shoulders, etc. this is the bra you want. This bra is comfortable to wear all day as well as giving you perfect support! I ordered two colors and now will be ordering a third one! I wore it for 16 hours the other day and it never moved out if place. I would definitely recommend this bra!”
