“I ordered this bra and was very disappointed. I expected "slight padding", but received a bra that had NO padding. It was nothing more than a layer of material. Ordering bras online based on the description obviously doesn't work. My advice (which I will follow from now on): go to the store.”

“I placed an order with Brayola, all was fine until I returned it. It took a full month to get my refund. Even though my USPS tracking number indicated it was there they couldn't find it. Customer service was nice but didn't move things along. The return process is cumbersome, I don't like the fact that I have to contact them for a return before I can return an item. Probably won't use Brayola again just because of this.”
