“Received a defective flag. Looks like the material got caught in the sewing machine when they were stitching the edges, and the material is bunched and puckered in one spot. The rest of the flag is smooth and sewn correctly. When I contacted customer support, they told me this is how the flag is supposed to look and that my expectations are too high. I have purchased many items from this company and left excellent reviews which I now regret. Doubt that I will do business with this company in the future.”

“I bought one of these POW flags four or five years ago. It flew twenty-four hours a day everyday. Never faded, but a few places were torn from the winds.”
