“I gave 5 flags away as gifts. Your flags are always quality. The only issue I have is that I tried to put in a 10% discount but there was no place for it on the online order form. I sent an email to you and was told the discount code needed to be put in a specific place on the email. Well my phone is not designed to pick a place and insert so I replied that and was blown off. When someone orders 6 flags and has been a customer for a couple decades, you could have been more cooperative and approved the lousy 10%. I am not happy about it. I have recommended your site to many people too.”
