“The Ring is beautiful but unfortunately does not hold well. Two weeks after it was delivered one of the emeralds fell out. In place of where the emerald had been, appeared to be bit of super glue as if the prongs were just for show.”

“Hands down the nicest ring i've seen anywhere online or on the highstreet and tbh not too bad on the price either... cheaper rings obviously exist but they're nowhere near as nice and sometimes u really get what you pay for
The only drawback stopping this being a nailed on 5/5 is that initially one of the accent stones fell off, rather gutted but BE accepted full responsibility and customer care team did get it put right and did a resize that was needed anyway free of charge so alls well that ends well. After we got it back we took it to our local jeweller just to double check and they confirmed it was now completely secure and on a side note they mentioned just how good quality the stones themselves were.”
