“Beautiful engagement ring, fiance is mesmerized by the sparkle and fire of the diamond and the way it throws light across a room - its like a little disco ball for your finger! My complaints largely lie in aspects not related to the ring itself. 1. It came with all these little tufts of fabric stuck into the prongs as if its final polish was done with a flimsy cloth. Very annoying to pick them all out. 2. For the price tag, it would be nice if it came in a ring box that did not feature a giant ""Brilliant Earth"" on the inside lid, proudly displayed, when I'm trying to proudly display something else... 3. 30 day free re-sizing is a bit tight for those of us waiting for the perfect moment to pop the question, and sadly we missed it. 4. The six-prong setting has rather bulky prongs, it seems they could be slimmed down somewhat, compared to some other settings out there.”
“The ring is dainty, and the pear shaped diamond is very beautiful. My now fiancee loves it! That being said - this ring took 2 whole months to arrive, and trying to get in touch with Brilliant Earth was not a great experience. For context, I ordered the ring when the COVID-19 pandemic was starting to become increasingly disruptive in the US, so when I ordered the ring on March 28, the May 5th ETA seemed long, but reasonable given the state of the world. I planned to proposed on May 18th, which would give me plenty of time to get things ready and build in some wiggle room after the ring arrived. I periodically would check the tracking number on Brilliant Earth's website and it kept giving me an error. When I reached out, they said that there wouldn't be tracking info until the ring was made and going to be ready for shipping. I was told I would be given a tracking number on May 3rd from 4-60'. May 5th came and nothing showed up, so I checked the tracking status and it said a new ETA of May 27th. I reached out to customer service and got a pretty generic ""it's because of Covid"" reasoning even though I had been told that the ring was in production already by April 16th. Another team member reached out and then when we set up a call ghosted me and then the next time we set a time to speak emailed me well after our meeting time that she was still stuck in a meeting. A few days later, I checked the status and found that the delivery had been pushed to 5/29. I figured at this point there was no point setting a proposal date until I had the ring in hand. Finally, the ring showed up, 2 months to the day after ordering. I had read some reviews about Brilliant Earth's customer service issues before purchasing, but kind of brushed them off since most people said the ring when it showed up was beautiful. However, having been through the experience, if I had to do it again, I'd go with a different company, especially since the ring I ordered wasn't some fancy custom ring.”
“I bought my girlfriend an engagement ring. With the use of the online information and the helpful chat staff, the end product was exactly what I asked for.”
“Easy to use website, every time I contacted customer service I had prompt service and answering of my questions. No issues with shipping. Sending back to get it resized was included and a very easy process, only taking a few weeks.”
