“After buying the ring I received an email from Ashley letting me know that the diamond I chose and already paid was not longer available but they did offer me a smaller ring for a higher price. The initial delivery date was October 2021 but when they changed the diamond they also changed the date for November and it was very close to the proposal day but I said OK because i did not have a choice. It came the big day to receive the ring but sadly for me it never arrived. I could propose and all the money I spent to plan the special was a big waste. Tried to call them few times and never answered I sent an email to Ashley never replied. This is the first time in my life I have a so a bad experience with a company.
