“I purchased an engagement ring through layaway and paid it off earlier than what I had originally thought I would be able to, which I had hoped would ensure I would have the ring for a photoshoot. It has been 3 weeks since I paid the full balance and I have inquired on the shipment 4 times. Three reps stated it was scheduled to ship out the day I spoke with them. When calling a fourth time to follow up the rep stated that it was on hold for pictures that were requested and RECEIVED in Dec. 2020. So the shipment was supposedly on hold for a request they already fulfilled 8 months prior in addition to multiple other reps previously stating the ring was scheduled to ship. The ring still has not shipped. The reps were all pleasant to speak to, but that doesn't negate the fact that they cannot give me a straight answer. This should have been escalated. At this point, I prefer a full refund because I am not comfortable supporting a company that could treat a customer this way. I will not be purchasing a matching wedding band through them. I'm so disappointed. I had such high hope for them.”

“Wish I knew before purchasing that there will be a gap between the engagement ring and wedding band given how low the prongs are set (you likely won't have this gap issue with a curved wedding band). The picture shows the ring paired with BE's whisper diamond ring wedding band. Also after a year of casual, not daily wear with a wedding band, the prongs will have dents in them (see photo).”
