However, the new asscher is not exactly square and it's set like an emerald (vertical) and I would prefer the longer side to be set horizontally. Brilliant Earth does not allow changes to upgrades FYI. it's considered out of policy because they count the 30 days from the purchase of your original diamond. kind of dumb since you're buying an entirely new product.”
