“Ordered the ring in the first week of April. It's 5/25 and I still don't have it. Had to be sent back after delivery because the diamond arrived loose in the setting. Also there was loose styrofoam in the actual ring case. Lack of attention to detail. Fine whatever mistakes happen, no biggie. SINCE THEN I made probably 4 attempts to contact and always heard the line ""I'll send that information forward"". Never received a call back or someone to touch base with me with regards to status. Today is Monday, last Monday I spoke with a representative telling me the ring is repaired and shipping label had been created AND STILL NO RING. For a company who is just mailing thousands of dollars worth of diamonds around there is a huge lack of communication. I specifically asked for more communication and have basically been blown off. I'm not even some ""Karen"" type asking for the manager or looking to stir things up I have a life. My fiance wants her ring. SOS. What a joke.”
“This ring is absolutely beautiful. My diamond is an F color, VVS2, Super Ideal cut, size 0.8+. My ring size is a 4.5 so it looks well over a carat on my finger. It sparkles across the room and I get compliments all the time. I also love the uniqueness of the four prong setting on this one. It is flush to the skin just fyi but was no issue for me. Get it get it get it!”
